Recent Updates & What's On The Way: Group MMS, NetSapiens Integration & More!

After much anticipation, we're happy to provide an update on what's new lately, what's launching soon, and a sneak peak into the next big projects on our roadmap.

What's New: Check Out The Latest Features and Fixes

Here's a look at the changes we've made in the last few months! These updates are live, so you can check them out now. We are always working on improving our product offerings and we are excited to officially share the news.

New Carrier/Provider Implementations

We've added support for many new carriers, including White Label Communications, Esendex, ClearlyIP, SignalMash, SwiftSMS, and Telgorithm.

Salesforce CRM Integration

Sync contact details and message history with your Salesforce instance. The integration is also being updated in the next several weeks to support configuration of more object types (for different Salesforce environments.)

Emoji Picker

We've added a built-in emoji picker to the Web app's message composer to help users stay relevant in communicating with their customers.

API Contact Update

The ability to add contact properties via API is now available. There have also been some other improvements to documentation around available endpoints.

New: Blasts Delivery Engine

Our Blasts delivery engine has been rewritten behind the scenes to improve reliability and deliverability. Stay Tuned: We've got more to come in Q1 to improve the Blasts experience and functionality!

Canned Response Usability Improvement

We've made it easier to find the template that you are looking for by presenting the "Friendly Name" in the selection dialog.

Web: Character Count in Message Composer

Keep your messages concise and easily see the number of characters in an outbound message, before you send it.

Launching This Month

Group MMS

Communicate with multiple contacts in the same message thread, allowing for better collaboration with customers, suppliers and more. Group MMS support is now available, across supported carriers! This update also includes an improved conversation experience, making it easier to initiate conversations both to individuals and groups by allowing for more robust number formatting.

NetSapiens Integration

We've completed Phase 1 of our NetSapiens Integration, allowing for a tightly coupled, easy to use experience for NetSapiens Service Providers. Our integration simplifies the administrative workflows and improves user experience by providing single-sign on, just-in-time provisioning, and even self-service options for Resellers via the NetSapiens Marketplace. Our January release will include this integration and another e-mail will come out with more information regarding the migration process.

We've already begun work on a Phase 2 of the integration, to include a more deeply integrated UI experience both on web and mobile, allowing features like automated replies to missed calls, button presses from the Auto Attendant or Queue, visual call history, voicemail and more!

Multi-Tenant

Our upcoming release includes the introduction of Tenants. Whether you might use tenants to simplify carrier and credential management or offer a solution to reseller partners, our multi-tenant feature will offer you the most flexibility in scaling your messaging business.

On The Roadmap for Q1 Release

We are constantly evaluating feedback from our partners in order to prioritize what we work on next. Here's what we're looking forward to improving / releasing in Q1 of 2025.

Admin Message Log Viewer

In an effort to simplify the support and troubleshooting of your users, especially with regards to message deliverability, we will be releasing an Admin Message Log Viewer. This viewer will allow administrators to easily search / filter and see a tabular view of most recent messages sent / received across the entire system, with one-click access to deliverability details. We believe this will simplify and vastly increase the speed at which your team can resolve deliverability issues for your customers.

Large Address Book / Contact List Performance Improvements

Historically, the average user on our platform had less than 2,500 contacts, so we've tempered our efforts with the Blasts capability and large address book support. However, we are seeing an uptick of partners who are selling to customers with large and/or growing marketing databases.

We've heard your feedback, concerns and suggestions and are working to optimize the solution to offer a better experience for users who are looking to do larger marketing campaigns.

Improved Blasts Capability & Reporting

Following the effort of improving the experience for Large Address Books and Contact Lists, we've begun an overall effort to improve the Blasts functionality. This includes things like building out reports to provide more actionable and reliable reporting for users, as well as new ways to target and update your lists to keep your communications more relevant, like Dynamic Lists.

International Number Support

We will be updating the application so that you can offer messaging to customers all over the world with International Number Support. Users will be able to send messages to international contacts, as well as utilize international DIDs to communicate.

Reporting

In addition to improving the reporting for Blasts, we're utilizing the same framework to provide robust reporting capabilities for admins - You will be able to see insights into your organizations, users, blast messages, opt-out details, response rate, and more.

API V2 Completion

While we strive to offer an API for each functionality of the application, we recognize that has not always been the case. We have been auditing our API to ensure that we offer a fully-API capable platform, allowing for the same capability whether done via API or UI.
